All shipments within India are handled through trusted courier partners, and shipping is free for all orders above INR 3,000. Order Confirmation & Tracking:
Once you place an order on our website or mobile application, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number. Delivery Timeframe:
Our standard delivery window is 5–7 working days from the dispatch date. We collaborate with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you on time and in excellent condition. In certain situations, delivery may be delayed by a few days due to location, courier schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances. All packages are insured until they are delivered, ensuring a secure shopping experience.

Delivery Safety:
To guarantee safe delivery, our couriers follow an authorization process. You may be asked for an OTP sent to your registered mobile number or to provide valid identity verification before the package is handed over.

Exchange Eligibility

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or find missing accessories, please notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving your package.

To initiate an exchange, kindly provide:

• Original invoice
• Warranty card
• All original documentation and packaging
• Unboxing video clearly showing the package opening
• Product in unused, original condition — no scratches, dents, or marks
• Watch box and tags intact, with no alterations or adjustments made to the watch

Note: Smartwatches are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Notify our customer team within 2 days if you receive a damaged or defective product.
• If the outer delivery box appears completely damaged, please refuse delivery and inform our customer care team immediately.
• If a damaged shipment box is accepted by the customer, all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting these costs.
• Barcode tags must remain intact and unaltered. Any tampering will void the exchange request.

Missing Products

• To claim missing items, you must record a complete unboxing video showing the shipping label and all four sides of the box, without any cuts or edits.
• Claims made without a valid video proof will not be accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will bear additional shipping or reshipping charges, even if the original order included free shipping.
• If your order is returned to us as undelivered, our team will contact you via email and phone to initiate the refund process.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped.

• Customer Cancellation:

• Company Cancellation:
  Krishna Watch Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to factors such as quantity limitations, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will be informed via email or phone.

Please Note:
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused upon delivery, a deduction of 5% of the billed value* will be applied before issuing any refund.

Returns & Exchanges

• Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.
•  For damaged/defective items, please initiate an exchange request within 24 hours by sharing an unboxing video and product photos via our Exchange Request Page.
• Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup. The courier team will attempt collection twice; thereafter, the customer must return the item securely packed in tamper-proof packaging.
• Exchange approval takes approximately 7 business days after quality inspection.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days post quality verification.
