Exchange Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or find missing accessories, please notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Damaged or Defective Products
- Notify our customer team within 2 days if you receive a damaged or defective product.
- If the outer delivery box appears completely damaged, please refuse delivery and inform our customer care team immediately.
- If a damaged shipment box is accepted by the customer, all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting these costs.
